Before the Zoho integration, W DE MODA faced several key operational issues that impacted both productivity and customer experience:

Every new customer on the Shopify platform was automatically added to the customer contacts in Zoho Inventory, allowing W DE MODA to manage customer records more efficiently.

4. Financial Integration with Zoho Books
