The Happiness Portal has been inspired by the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and implemented by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai to measure the happiness of Dubai’s citizens, residents, and visitors especially when they interact with Dubai Government services.
The Happiness Meter is a silo tool to collect experience feedback through the centralized data dashboard. It can be easily integrated into existing feedback collection, or be a stand-alone unit within websites or physical locations. It presents the easiest interface towards the user who will mark one of the three cases, (1) satisfied, (2) neutral, (3) dissatisfied, generating simple but most valuable output data for the hosting entity.
