Challenges

            Azimco faced various issues with MS Dynamics for adding new functions and customizing their existing ERP system. Apart from this, the subscription cost started to increase drastically as the company expanded.

OUR SOLUTION

Febno customized the new ERP system to support all their operations. Processing of food products from Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality, and managing Damaged products became hassle-free using the suite of Manufacturing modules . A Complete Offline & Online Van Sales Delivery Management system was included in the system, by developing customized modules and APIs for integration of the Van Sales Mobile Application.

The Complete data from Dynamics was migrated to the new Odoo system after implementation.

THE RESULT

The migration & implementation helped Azimco to add new features and functions to the ERP. Generating various reports in real-time was done in seconds. Azimco also made savings in the subscription cost.
